Dr. David George, ADOM       David's Blog

Dr. David George was saved in Latta, S.C. at age 5 at Vacation Bible School.
He was blessed to marry Carole Flye George of Corry, PA 29 years ago and they
have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.  Dr. George earned a BA degree from Francis
Marion University, Florence, S.C., a MDiv. degree from The Southern Baptist
Theological Seminary, Louisville, KY and a DMin. degree from Mid-America Baptist
Theological Seminary, Memphis, TN.  He served in the US Army Active Duty from
1989-1992 and the US Reserves in 1987-89; 1992-97.
 
Pastored the following churches:
            1984-85  Willow Creek Baptist Church, Brooksville, KY (Seminary church)
            1985-86  Liberty Baptist Church, Goshen KY (Seminary church)
            1986-89  Quinby Baptist Church, Quinby, SC (first full-time church)
            1992-99  LaGrange Park Baptist Church, Fayetteville, NC
            1999-07  First Baptist Church of Eagle River, Eagle River, Alaska
